  • Performance optimization and SEO-friendly implementations

3. Engagement Process

The engagement process typically follows these steps:

  1. Initial consultation and project requirement gathering
  2. Detailed project proposal and cost estimation
  3. Contract and milestone agreement
  4. Development phase with regular progress updates
  5. Testing and quality assurance
  6. Final delivery and post-launch support

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined based on project complexity, estimated hours, and specific client requirements. Payment terms include:

  • 30% deposit required before project commencement
  • Milestone-based payments for larger projects
  • Final 70% due upon project completion
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (Only BDT), Payoneer (Available)

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change based on project scope modifications.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive:

  • Complete source code for the developed project
  • Full ownership and rights to the delivered work
  • Documentation and necessary credentials

Reservation of rights to showcase the project in my professional portfolio.

6. Revisions and Support

Each project includes:

  • 1 month of post-launch support
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Bug fixes and critical issue resolution

Extended support and maintenance can be negotiated separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms:

  • 30% deposit is non-refundable
  • Project can be cancelled with written notice
  • Refunds prorated based on work completed
